Here are some comments:
Doctors and nurses are always ready to listen to you and go out of their way to help you.
I enjoyed the conversation with Doctor Vaze. He spoke to me and explained my issues well. I could tell he was concerned about my well-being.
GP able to discuss a range of treatments & explained why prescribing specific drug. Also clear re: what might happen & what I would need to try next & how.
I have real problems trying to get through to make an appointment. Quite often the appointments have all gone and I do ring as soon as the surgery is open.
I made an appt via the website (very useful). The Doctor put me at ease which allowed me to discuss my issue. Fortunately no treatment was required.
As always I was treated in a friendly helpful manner. The nurses had difficulty with my tiny veins but we made a joke of it and they were very efficient.
I can only speak for myself but my dealings are mostly favourable only having one dispute in the years I have been a patient there
Because I don’t feel I should tell receptionist what is wrong when It could be really personal and with other people around that can hear what is wrong
Answer the phones don’t lie to the public saying it will be 3-4 mins to be connected when in reality it is 15 mins on hold.
I was looking for a GP to solve my problems. Unfortunately I got an appointment with the nurse practitioner only. No other issues
The Doctor that I had an appointment with was kind and he listened to me, which is so important not feel like you’re wasting time. Thank you Dr Nanj El-Arai.
Availability of appointments not very good a fortnight sometimes longer.
Took 25 mins to get appt this morning on phone. Hopefully I can get online in future.
