If you cannot make your appointment it is important that you contact the surgery to cancel it so we can offer the appointment to another patient. Please call us on 01325 465646 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Alternatively please ensure we have an up to date mobile number and we can send you a text reminder and if necessary you can cancel your appointment via this text.
Additional appointment times
As part of the enhanced opening hours the practice is open late on Monday evening from 6.30pm for one hour and also on Tuesday and Thursday mornings between 7.30 am and 8.00 am for pre booked routine appointments only.
Please note – No other services are available between these times eg: repeat prescriptions.
Home visits are only made to patients who are too ill to attend surgery and are housebound. A Housebound patient is defined as being an individual who is unable to leave their home environment due to a physical or psychological illness. Please give the receptionists as much information as possible to enable the GP to prioritise how soon they will return your call to discuss your visit request.
All patients at Clifton Court are entitled to have a chaperone present at any consultation, examination or procedure. The chaperone may be a family member or friend, but on occasion a formal chaperone may be preferred. Please ask at reception if this applies to you.
Interpreters are available and need to be booked in advance for your appointment. Please talk to someone at reception to organise this service.
